PSU Question!

Hi guys, just wondering how i can figure out what the output of my PSU is. I bought my system about 3 years ago and I want to upgrade to a 6800, but I'm not sure if my PSU can handle it.

look @ the label on the PSU .... if it is a quality ( enermax,antec etc) 350W + .... U should be ok
