PSU PROBLEMS

I recently purchased the above card and it plays games brilliant but whenever im not playing games it constantly freezes and i have to do a hard reboot.

It says on the side of the psu that it has 15 amp on one 12volt rail and 19 on the other, Do i need a new psu and which one should i go for

I just went through something similar (while trying to future-proof) and these were my two choices:

I was on a budget, and just bought the Corsair since it's only 79.99 After Rebate. The OCZ is also a solid choice.
