psu problem

Maybe but I wouldn't overclock. That PSU can only provide 240w on the 12v rail. It looks like it's a poorly designed PSU, If you can try and get a CorsairBuilder series 430 or something more reliable.
 
I'd go with a higher wattage, or a better built psu like:
Rosewill Green Series RG530
Thermaltake TR2 TR-500
Antec EA-500 Green 500W (more pricey)
