PSU problem

I am new here and i really need a big help. I have a sony VAIO PCV RX450
desktop pc. the powersupply came with the pc is kind of smaller than the
regular power supply. can anyone give me some advice which power supply should
i get? I just want is noiseless.

These are harder to come by... I know they make smaller powersupplies, but finding one to fit there... might be difficult...

could you take a picture of the back of the computer so we can get an idea of what size the power supply is?

actually i was trying to get a new moterboard and proccesor. the existing motherboard can only hold 512MB of PC133 ram; which is not sufficient for me. so i took it to the hardware store and they said it's kind of pain to upgrade this pc. cuz sony makes sleek pc case. and moreover they use their own power supply which is the main obstacle. so i m really screwed right now. cuz i don't want to get rid of this pc. this was my first pc. it really look great. i m giving u the case size:
Length: 15"
Width: 6"
Height: 14"
i got two usb and 1 i-link in the front. thery r my priority. and power supply got to be silent.
if u cuold help me anyway it will be great. i really need some help. plz

my advice for you is to go to some of the different websites like newegg and other online retailers and look at their power supplies and look at the detailed specs and it should tell you what size the powersupplies are...
