Well today after finishing up some dye hard problem free (except I was getting wasted) Counter Strike play I decided to play some RTCW multiplayer...though I only have the demo version. So I load up and connect...everything is going good...i waste 4 guys from the water using the sniper rifle...anyway... After about 5 min the system locked up...I hit ctrl+alt+del and the sound went off (it was repeating) but nothing else happened. So I wated a few secs and then killed it w/ the reset switch. Then i was like hum that's wierd...so i booted into bios and looked at the hardware monitor. Chip temp was 42C, so no biggie there. Then I noticed something quite shocking... the 5vt + rail on my psu is only supplying 4.6volts. WTF? So I continue to boot and the system hangs...I restart...knock the speed down to 1ghz and it still hangs ...this time going into safe mode. I then try entering safe mode like half a dozen more times...in which cases it hangs half a dozen more times. So I shut down and go to the other computer and go to MS's web site...doesn't help so 20 min later i'm back and it boots fine at 1ghz. I checked MBM5 in windows and at 1ghz it shows the 5v rail at 4.7v which is still pretty bad correct? Anyway I'm guessing I should ditch this PSU and get a new antec one... I think I'll get a 1040B SoHo server case and the PSU together...lol...so I have an excuse to get a new case. I just wanted to confirm that my PSU may have had some fualt in this before buying a new one. It's a 400watt Future Power PSU but only has 165watts between the 3.3v and 5v rails, which are only rated at 20A and 28A respectively. I know the antecs put out something like 240ish between these 2 rails so I'm guessing they would help me out....what do ya think?

you may want to check out other reasons for your reboot ........i have an iwill kk266 with the 5v line at 4.51........never any problems........you may want to verify your voltage with a dvom.....any voltage reading "they say" is good with a 5% leway plus or minus......dont condem the psu yet..keep looking for other problems...
