PSU not enough power ?

Hi recently i got an error from hardware doctor provide by abit. It says "-5v are over limit" something like that.Is it my psu not enough power ?thanks

Are you sure your cables going into the motherboard are put in the proper way. Meaning the lead and +5V cables for LEDs, etc.

I would double check your connections, and does the software specify what the voltage is? (its value) Then what kind and how old is your power supply?

yes i have double check it.Right now the error doesnt come out. But just now it just keep on poping out and say -5 v are over limit..something like that. Currently i am using enlight 250 psu .

what are the actual fluctuations in the voltage? if it's miniscule, it's probalby nothing to worry about. to stop the error, just adjust the acceptable range in the hardware monitoring software.

well i found out the problem!One of The wire of the power supply connector get lossen ! Damn ...no wonder i couldnt find the cause.thanks everyone right now is running fine, is just too hot :p
