PSU noise not normal? (HCG 750)

I've just assembled my rig yesterday and everything seemed fine until my (sensitive apparently) ears started hearing something coming out of the rig. It's no superloud coil whine or anything, but it's audible. I found out it seems to be coming from the PSU. It's a faint electrical sound and I noticed it increasing when I pushed on the top of the psu (fan faced down). I pulled it out and placed my ear onto it and it was quite annoying

Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1U_WI0-0uTw (most audible around the 0:20 mark)

Is this normal? I also noticed some kind of static noise/buzzing coming from the I/O panel, or atleast that section of the computer.

It's not normal. Seems to be coming from the fan, but watching the video I can't tell it it's electrical (bad connections?), or physical (crud in the bearings or blades clipping something?).

Either way, I'd just send it back & get a good one.

I have the HCG 520 and while I haven't had the issue myself, while I was researching the unit, I found a few post complaining about the noise. Apparently, a wire will get in the fan's way. I remember 2 posts saying they fixed ti by using a screwdriver to gently push the wire back.
