It might. A little more info is needed.

Does it have the 12V 4 pin lead for the motherboard? What are the specs of the 12v,5v and 3.3v rails?
 
Hrm yeah it has to 12 V 4 pin. I'm not sure what the specs for the 12v,5v, and 3v3.v rail are, nor do I even know what they are.
 
I had the same exact psu running an Athlon XP 1700@2ghz, with a 9700 pro, and 2 hd's/2 opticals. As long as you have the 4 pin 12v connector it should work (mine does).


So I "think" it should work.😀
