Which way does the second fan face, to the top of the case or the bottom?

I'm not sure if you really have a choice there bro... there's mounting holes for screws on PSUs that are placed specifically in certain locations to align with the holes of the case.

usually the 2nd fan faces down, above cpu....but like was stated earlier, it will only mount 1 way.

Towards the bottom so it's able to suck hot air from the heatsink and out the back end of the power supply.
