PSU hurting my overclock?

Check the voltages with a multimeter and then draw your conclusions. Motherboard voltage readings are known to be wildly inaccurate.

I have a multimeter that I got for vmoding my x800, where do i take the measurments? And with what kind of measurments? Volts I assume.

Take them right on the ATX connector (basically jam the leads in so they touch the metal collar around each wire). While the PC is on use a black for ground and test the 12V and 5V lines.

Are you suppose to but the hsf, and the video card on certain lines etc. etc. because everything i got in my case i just used whatever chord was free from my PSU.
