OK without thinking I jumped the gun and ordered 2 Evga 680's from the newegg before they sold. But I forgot to even check or think about if my PSU will be good enough? Will a 750 seasonic gold x be good enough for 2 680's? I run 2 560 ti 2gb sli right now and its rock solid....

yes

why would you feel the need to run 680's in SLI? I'm not trying to be a dick here, but with the single-card performance bar this high, is it worth SLI any longer?

Yeah, I'm running 2 7970s off that exact same PSU right now. And according to those graphs, the 7970s use more power. You should be fine.

According to my PSU, my entire setup is using like 680 Watts.

I was running two GTX580s on a Seasonic X760 with an overclocked 2600K without any issues, two 680s should be fine with less power draw overall

And who needs better performance than that on a single monitor? 680 SLI for 1080p would be just plain stupid. Zod96 what resolution?

did you fail to consider 120Hz 1080p for 3D or fast 2D? Many games are still bringing a single 680 below the 60fps even to where you could justify SLI for a 60Hz 1080p monitor let alone for 120Hz
