psu fried system?

got a crappy psu i think it possibly damaged my motherboard or cpu is there anyways to know for sure?

i did try a different psu I went out and bought a antec blue 480W and my system wont turn on.

Unplug or take out everything other than CPU, video card, one stick ram, one HD, and PSU, then try.
