The specs are as follows:

2500K
Asus P8P67
GTX 470
4/8 GB Value Ram
1 tb (7200 RPM)
1 optical drive

I'm buying from Pakistan so my choice is limited to these:

I am also confused about some PSU's having only 1 6pin+2 (the other being just 6pin). Are the next gen cards expected to use more than 1 power pin? I'm going to be upgrading the video card in a couple of years so I want to buy something I won't have to replace.

At least 600 watts+ just in case in the future you add a hard drive or two and another videocard for some SLI action.

I've been told the Coolermaster Extreme power series is crap even though it's the cheapest. The next cheapest 600W+ is the Antec Earth Watt. Any good?

Antec is great.

No experience with Coolermaster. I only use Antec, Corsair, Seasonic and Pc Power.

wtf this site has a poor rating lol WOT going bezerk. GeForce GTX 470 and 480 in SLi - 55-60A and a 850W PSU minimum
^Now thats on a power hungry system so anything from 700w should be fine.

Now look at the following list and see if you can find any of them that fits your pocket

Enermax Revolution 85+ ERV1250EGT 1250W - 104A from 6 +12v rails Enermax Revolution 85+ ERV1050EWT 1050W - 87A from 6 +12v rails

OCZ Z Series 1000W - 83A on a single +12V rail
Corsair TX 950W - 78A on a single +12V rail
PC Power & Cooling Silencer 910W - 74A on a single +12V rail
Corsair HX 850W - 70A on a single +12V rail
Corsair TX 850W - 70A on a single +12V rail
OCZ Z Series 850W - 71A on a single +12V rail
XFX 850W Black Edition - 62A on a single +12V rail
Corsair TX 750W - 60A on a single +12V rail
XFX 750W Black Edition - 62A on a single +12V rail
PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750W Quad - 60A on a single +12V rail

300W - 650W
Corsair TX 650W - 52A on a single +12V rail

Seasonic X-Series 650W - 54A on a single +12V rail
XFX 650W XXX Edition - 52A on a single +12V rail
Antec TruePower TP-550W 80 PLUS BRONZE

Antec TruePower TP-650W 80 PLUS BRONZE
NZXT HALE90-650-M 650W 80 PLUS GOLD Modular

Now the Earth Watts EA-650 Green model got two pci-e connectors its the same name as the model I gave you but its the Green Version. Its got a stronger 12v as well

You can look for the OCZ 600w stealth Extreme version as well

I'm in Pakistan. Seasonic is sedulously priced here. I'm leaning towards the Antec EarthWatts 650W which is on sale... But it only has one 6+2 connector so I won't be able to upgrade to SLI in the future.

How many connectors does the GTX 470 require?

EarthWatts 650W has two, one 6-pin, and one 6+2 pin. So you can use ONE video card, that takes two 6-pin PCI-E.

(Actually, you can use two video cards that each take two PCI-E 6-pin plugs, if you use a pair of PCI-E splitters. That PSU has like 300W (400W limit on overcurrent) on the PCI-E rail.)

I've run a Q6600 @ 3.6, and TWO GTX460s at 820Mhz core each, all on one EarthWatts 650W, running 24/7 for an entire month.
