I'm getting a lot of ideas of building my own case after read projects other people done. Are the "standard" power supply for mini-itx small enough to fit in a dvd player ? (About 2inch height). Will I need a pico (pikachu) power supply ? Thanks.
 
Pico-PSU is the smallest i've seen. Some other variants might be small enough, you'd have to see if the supplier lists dimensions or perhaps contact them to see.
