PSU for fileserver/HTPC in raid 5

Hi, I have recently rebuilt my main computer and I have the following components left over:

M/B: ABIT IP35-Pro
CPU: q6600 2.4 Ghz Intel
Ram: 4 gig of something, I forgot
H/D : WD raptor 10k RPM, 150 gig (for the OS)

I'm thinking I want to build a 2nd computer that is a filesever/HTPC.
In this computer I want to have four 2TB 5400 RPM hardrives in RAID 5 configuration. I'll also need a DVD/CD reader, and I might get the new Radeon 6450 video card (if I want to make this into an HTPC as well).

My question to you guys is what do you think the max power load on the system will be (assuming I do get the video card).

I'm thinking I should get a 450-500 watt PS, but I could be wrong. If it will be an HTPC, noise will be a variable. Since it will be a fileserver and on constantly, heat is also an issue.

If anyone knows of a good case for this, that would be cool too (I'll probably post on the forum for that though).

Thanks Anand, stay awesome.

Not possible for it to reach 170W as it does not require an additional 6/8 pin PCIE power and the maximum power draw from the PCIE slot is only 75W max. The Llano APU even has the GPU part that are better than the HD6450 so I doubt that the discrete HD6450 can achieve 170W power draw on its own.
