PSU for Athlon 1.4

I am about to go the way of the Athlon 1.4 and was wondering if my current PSU would handle it. I currently have a Antec SX1030 case w/ its antec 300w PSU. I will be getting an iWill KK266 board w/ the 1.4 and will be shooting for higher MHz (overclocking). The rest of my setup is in my sig if anyone cares 😉...

Any advice would be appreciated... thanks.

Seems to me like most people in your position could run the Tbird fine at stock speed, but overclocking pushed their PSU to the limit. All the people getting 1.6+ GHz seem to be running Enermax 431 watt PSUs. I personally bought the 350W enermax, but I don't have too many drives to run. I say try out your PSU, and if you can't overclock as much as you would like, drop the dough for a 350-400W enermax or sparkle.
