I am rebuilding my system and am looking at getting a new psu as I want to build a backup system with my extra parts. I have an Antec 650w treo now that I am thinking of throwing in an old case and replacing in my rebuilt system.

the build is (ordered cpu, m/b, ram, cooler and hd tonight)

i7 920
HD 4890
6 gigs ddr3
antec 902
asus p6t
WD 640 gb hd
True 120 extreme cpu cooler
dvd r/rw
Xfi fatality (if I leave it in)

(I will likely be going crossfire in the future)

Would the Corsair TX750W 750W ATX 12V 60A 24PIN ATX be a good choice or are there other recommendations? Will this work in the P182 case?

Any other suggestions are welcome.

Thanks for all replies and past considerations.

Corsair's HX line is now

HX520, HX620, HX750, HX850, HX1000

Also I see anandtech's little portal redirect isn't working for my above link so just do a copy paste of this

Antec Truepower New 750W for $115...it is modular and it is better than the Corsair TX750, and IMO better than the PC P&C Silencer 750 as well.

geeze, even when I try to paste it in, the system turns it into a broken link...

here paste this address in the url bar and just add the www. yourself
