PSU for A64: Dual +12V or one big 12V

I'm deciding between two PSU's for my new A64 system (A64 3200 754, DFI Lanparty, 1G RAM):

Enermax Noisetaker 420W
Enermax Whisper II 460W

The Noisetaker has dual +12V rails, but at 15A and 14A. The Whisper's 12V rail is 33A. Will the Noisetaker have enough juice for some moderate overclocking? And which one is considered quieter?

Also, pardon my newbishness, but does the Noisetaker's dual rails mean it has two sets of molex connectors, one for each rail? Obviously, I've never used a dual rail PSU.

12 is 12, fit as many connectors as you want on each line (just dont exceed amperage). personally, i'd rather have one big 12v line. I'd look at other psus from newegg, like this one
http://www.newegg.com/app/view...=17-182-002&DEPA=0 beacause of price. btw, rosewill makes server boards and stuff, so dont think its a bad brand

Has anyone else used Rosewill PSUs? How stable are the voltages?
