I just bought my crosssfire X1800XT master card and already have the normal card.

How much power do i need to run the cards.

A shop keeper told me i need more than 600 watt.

I have no choice but to buy a Thermaltake PSU as nothing else is available for sale.

My specification are

Intel P4 2.8 Ghz (Dual Core)
MB: Sapphire PURE Crossfire II PC-I7RD400
RAM: 2gig
HD: 250 GB
DVD-ROM
DVD-Writter
Integrated sound card
and some PCI devices
Golden Orb II CPU fan from Thermaltake
Thermaltake Tsunami Dream casing.

I can either buy PSU from 520 watt to 680 watt from Thermaltake. (different models)
Which one will be best suited for me???????????

A Seasonic S12-600 will handle that without doubt. If you absolutely have to buy a PSU from your local shop, get the 680w one to make up for the ThermalTake PSU suckage.

I absolutly have to stick with Thermaltake or go for generic cause there are no other brands present in the local shop. And havent yet found a shop that would deliver any product to my country. At best i could buy the stuff get it delivered to a place in Florida and then get it by courier.
But the prob is it will take loads of time and it will cost me a small fortune just to courier the heavy PSU from USA to Bandladesh.
I did read a few review that it is quite a good PSU on some tech sites.

What do i do.
Go for the Thermaltake. (Cheaper more available and can get it tmr)
GO for ENERMAX. (Cost me almost the double price cause of courier and will take a long time to arrive)

With your system i would say take no chances and get the Enermax
Because even 5 years from now, that Enermax will still be useable, so you dont have to worry about upgrading it for a while
