This power supply, CORSAIR CMPSU-400CX 400W
has a 12V, 30A... single rail

AMD Athlon II X3 440 Rana 95W
a hard drive 7200 rpm, and dvd drive, 2x 2GB DDR2

No overclocking.

Will this power supply be adequate for the system? I put these settings in the corsair and newegg power requirement website and they both recommend at least the 450 Watt. But reviews say this PSU can handle a lot.
