Hi my friend is buying new graphics card right now he has 4850 hd.He is upgrading to 560ti.Will his current PSU Coolermaster RS 700 PCAA E3 will be enough for 560ti or he has to upgrade it also?

That PSU should do just fine supporting the GTX560 Ti despite the issues that CM has with some of their PSUs.

A decent 700W unit can easily run 2x 560 Ti. The CM unit is an eXtreme Power Plus, it will handle one. The +12V is rated for 52A = 624W, but if it's anything like other eXtreme Powers, power quality will start degrading at around the 80% mark (500W)

Well, for the last few months up until today, I had a 400 watt PSU handling an ivy bridge i5 + a GTX 560 ti 448 just fine.

IT was a high end PSU, pcpower MKIII.

But it looks like it just died this morning.
