PSU Fan Direction and Power

I have 2 questions:

1. I have this PSU http://www.amazon.co.uk/Be-Quiet-Pu...8&qid=1438852245&sr=8-1&keywords=be+quiet+430 with this case http://www.quietpc.com/ctc-coolcube?gclid=CKiCqIKMlMcCFa3MtAodFXUKzw. Now the PSU sucks in air so which direction should I have the fan facing? For airflow, which direction is better, owards the case mesh or towards the motherboard?

2. I will only have 2 hdds in this case and was wondering if I can get one molex cable to sata x2 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Molex-to-...itter-Cable-/251169263950?hash=item3a7adad14e to power the 2 hdds, will be safe or should I get individial wires for the hdds? I want those cables because of cable management.

Motherboard is Asus Maximus VI Impact

1. With the restricted airflow of that ITX case, I would recommend using the PSU fan as an exhaust for the case - that is, install it with the fan facing the motherboard. Also, I don't think the mesh has a dust filter, the PSU would be sucking in dust from outside the case if installed the other way around. Typically, in tower cases where the PSU is installed on the floor, there is a dust filter provided for the PSU intake area.

2. Hard drives don't use much power (<5 watts), using adapters is completely safe. Apprently you have something that needs a Molex connector, otherwise you'd just use the SATA cable, correct?

So if I get a dust filter, it will be better for the fan to face out if I dont have a dust filter then face towards mobo?

Yea the molex goes to psu

No, in your tight case I would recommend using the PSU for exhausting air from the case regardless. Sorry if that was unclear.
