PSU failing?

I previously had this issue with a CoolerMaster eXtreme Power 600W:

I replaced it, as suggested, with a Corsair 520hx roughly 10 days ago.

System specs:

- Gigabyte P35 DS4
- Intel Q6600
- 4GB Corsair RAM
- 8800GT
- 1 DVD Burner, 2 SATA HD

It worked fine for the first couple of days. But now, when I power it on, I get the same exact issue. It cycles on/off continously for several minutes before finally booting.

This happened for the first time a power-on or two after I first used the system to run Crysis (but only for 30 minutes) but other than that I have not pushed the system or the graphics card at all.

Is this PSU failing as well? Or is there another possibility?

Three Things First.......

1,)Go to Home Depot Or Lowes, and get a wiring outlet phase checker to test the outlets that you are using it is a very inexpensive item.

2,)Find an outlet that tests ok, and then plug in there.

3,)Make sure all your Motherboard headers to the case are correctly phased, and plugged in correctly.

Report back what you find.

The PSU is fine You could have bad wiring, or a bad MOBO.

Somewhere there is an intermittent ground.

Thanks for the quick response.

I should point out that I've just moved and so I've had the problem in two different outlets, in two different buildings. But I'll look into it. Seems more likely a bad mobo.
