PSU Enough?

I have this setup on a system I'm getting within a week (yes I know, it's been forever):

Athlon 64 3200 (939) (90nm Winchester)
ECS KN1 Extreme Motherboard
Samsung SATA-II 200GB HD
Sapphire Radeon X800 XL 256 MB
OCZ Premier Dual Channel Series 2 x 512 MB

I'll be buying the Antec Sonata case which comes with an Antec 380W, 12V PSU.

Will that be enough? No overclocking, and mostly for gaming (if you can't tell). I've been using a P3 600 for the last 5 years, I don't have the urge to squeeze out a few more frames a second when I've been playing at 20 fps or less, hehe.

I'd go with the Value RAM if the store I was buying this had 'em.

Thanks!

EDIT: They do sell them, sorry about that. The price difference is 10 bucks, so hey, why not go with the fancier sounding one? I'm already using an X800 XL, not like the 10 bucks is gonna put me closer to the next VPU.

That PSU is 24A on the +12V, It is just a single fan version of the Antec True Power 380.

That should be sufficient.
