PSU= Enermax 430w whisper

Im wondering if my current PSU Enermax 430w whisper will be sufficient for the following setup:?

eVGA8800GTX
3 HDD
1 Floppy
1 CD burner
1 DVD burner
motherboard evga 680i
1 SB audigy2 ZS platinum
2gb 800 6400
and a couple other HDD added in the future

What do you think? will it be sufficient? Will i need to upgrade?
 
EVGA recommends a 450w w/ 28A on the 12v rail. I would like to think that you are on the borderline.
 
Probably not, esp when the whisper 430W I believe is an ATX1.3 transitional PSU. I had one of those and it had a single +12V rail with like 20A IIRC. Works well for older systems but not for newer ones that require more juice on the +12V.
