PSU dilemma

My cheapo psu just died.... a little fizzt pbbtt and it went out.
I'm looking at two different Rosewill power supplies.

My system:
Athlon 64 3200+ 939pin
MSI NEO4 plat ultra
Leadtek 6800gt
Twinmos Premium (UTT) 2x512mb
a hard drive, cd writer, and a floppy.

I oc the processor, ram, and vid card. Which one of the above two should I get? I'm looking for something $50 and under, any other recommendations?

Also, my symptoms were just a little popfizz and a slight burnt smell. No smoke, no extreme temperatures inside the case. My other components should be ok right?

edit: it appears as if I'd just missed out on a deal on these 🙁. If only my psu died a day earlier...

I'd go for the 500W. Maybe there's an Xclio that's in your price range.
