PSU died on my fastest seti cruncher - help find a new one?

Need a good psu - at least 300 watts.

Stupid thing died sometime after 10:46pm yesterday - that was the last time my Q shows a WU come in for it. :|

Looking for a good deal on a good PSU, anybody know about one?

I pulled the PSU from my iNtel box that only did WU's in 3:12 - 3:49 hrs and put it in my 8RDA+ box cuz that one does them in 1:59 - 2:12 hrs.
I'll get a new PSU & put it in the iNtel box. At least this way my output only loses about 6 WU per day (7 on a good day)

Now, where to find a PSU... maybe the FS forum?

That is a nice psu, but I'm not looking for something that ($$$) nice for this box - just a decent PSU.
This box will just sit in the dark & crunch seti.

I use Enermax Whisper EG-465P (430W) power supplies in my 2 main home rigs. Both are on quality APC UPS's and run 24/7/365. My main rig has 5 HD's a CDROM, all but 2 slots, and several extra fans to keep the HD's cool. Never a problem with either of them in over 2 years.

They are not cheap though - about $80 each before shipping ( Pricegrabber Link )

If you're looking for something inexpensive, but solid, I'd recommend this Lite-On 300W server PS from Directron. LINK

This baby was made for Compaq servers, and weighs about 5 pounds! It's also got 2 VERY long leads (27"), which are greaat for big cases. The heatsinks inside are huge...

I've been using one of these with my 8RDA+, and it's been very stable running SETI 24/7. The +5V readings usually run 4.98, with the lowest I've even seen since starting it up was 4.92V.

If you check out the specs, this is a good deal!
