PSU compatible with the EVGA GTX760?

I recently bought the superclocked EVGA GTX 760 to use with my current setup, which is powered by an OKIA 550ATX PSU. While it looks like the max output (550 W) is compatible, I noticed that the amperage of the 12V rail (24A) is below the required 30A. The other major components are an H87 mobo, SSD and an i5 4670 CPU. Is this going to wreck the CPU/GPU or can I run this for a while before finally getting around to upgrading the PSU? Thanks for the advice!

I'm not familiar with the model, but the information I'm able to find online doesn't sound positive. Lots of reports (in terms of Newegg and Amazon reviews, so take them for what you will) of either the fan dying or the unit failing or both.

I'd probably replace it whether you buy a new video card or not, but I would certainly replace it in order to power the 760. Look for a mid-size PSU from a solid manufacturer rather than a giant unit.

Only 24A on the 12v rails on a 550W unit does not sound like quality at all to me.

I would not risk running any graphics card (which requires a power connector) using that PSU, let alone a GTX 760.

Look for a 500-600W PSU from either Corsair or eVGA. There are often plenty of bargain deals online, most of which are at newegg.com

Currently, this is the best deal I found on newegg:
EVGA 600 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 600W only $40 after $20 MIR. I've received all 3 of my recent eVGA rebates.
