PSU Compatibilty for new Intel Mobo?

I just bought a new mid-range intel motherboard (D865PERL) for my 3.4 GHz P4.

Next step is finding a case/PSU. The major power requirement that I see in the motherboard documentation is that the PSU must be an ATX12V power supply. The problem is, I'm having trouble finding out which power supplies are ATX12V.

How can I figure out which models have this format? Can anyone suggest any cool cases/PSUs in this format for around $100?

I'm looking at this one on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...=1&ssPageName=WDVW

Can anyone tell me if it will work with my motherboard. Sorry if these are dumb questions... thanks in advance!

ATX 12V has been a standard for a while now. The 12V part is an extra 4pin 12V connector with 2 black wires (grounds) and 2 yellow wires (12V).

The description does not say whether the PS is an ATX 12V.

However, I am certain that I see the ATX 12V connector in the photos, and it would be unusual not to have the connector.
