IMO 350 should be enough, but still i wouldnt buy a 350W PSU anymore unless u can buy it very cheap, cuz for 50-70 u can get a nice Fortron or Tagan 2force 450W PSU. Speaking of money, check prices for x850XT, ATI is throwing them all out for cheap cuz R520 is near.
I never had an eVGA mobo, neither do i know if the one u posted is good or bad or even how much it is, but...Gigabyte, DFI, Abit, they all have budget boards. Just a thought 😉.
 
It's what comes with the Antec Solution Series SLK3700BQE. Ya i am not sure about the board its what came with the 7800GT free
