Do you need it to be silent at load too? How much total power will your system consume (approx)?

Seasonic PSUs are great for silent systems and some even turn off the fan at <20% load, but they're pricey (>$120 usually). The Corsair branded Seasonic, such as HX series, are a bit cheaper. Older models of Seasonic such as M12II Bronze are a bit dated but still excellent performers, these can be had for $60-90. Also, checkout some silent/quiet PSUs listed here:

CM Silent Pro is decent, but you don't need 600W for a setup without a discrete GPU... Unless you just have a zillion hard drives or something.

Something like Seasonic 380W should be enough for a CPU/iGPU setup

If you're considering adding a discrete GPU, it makes no sense to be limited by a 300W PSU when 400-500W units cost the same.
