PSU blew up (replaced PSU but still doesnt work)

I replaced the power supply but when i turn it on.. it just stays on.. nothing goes on the monitor.. no HD spinning.. i see the fans spinning and the light on for the power and the disk drive light stays on also.. but other than that.. it just stays that way.. anyone know whats the problem? I'm thinking maybe the motherboard is messed up now too? there were no beeps or anything when turned on also...

Just based on your description, I'd say your motherboard is toast. Best thing to do would be to put the new power supply on a known working motherboard to eliminate the possibility of the power supply being bad from the factory.
