PSU 12V low should I be worried?

I got a new Antec PSU today and the numbers on the 3.3V and 5V line are fine, even under load, but the 12V line is low.
3.3V Actual 3.456 5V actual 5.053 12V Actual 11.612.

I know that the 3.3V and 5V numbers are critical, but I haven't heard much about the 12V.
I suspect that the 12V is what runs the HD, CD, DVD, FANS, etc and has a bit more leeway.

Am I right or should I return this PSU as defective and get another one?

I'm hardly an expert, but from what I've heard, the 12V isn't all that important, and your value isn't off by much. Anyone want to set me straight?

As long as your system is stable, you have nothing to worry about.
