whats up everyone. i have a simple question. I've used a lot of different encoding applications so i can view videos on my PSP. The PSP Video 9 seems to be the only one thats accurate enough that can do it. However i've noticed when I use it, it only utlizes one core instead of both. The task manager is reading 50% only. Using 100% max on one core but the other almost nothing. Anyone use PSP Video 9 also and have this same problem? thx in advance for any help.
