PSP video 9. All I keep getting is currupt video?

I follow the steps. Doesnt matter what setting I use as far as the video conversion is concerned and everything that goes to the psp say it is currupt.
What am I doing wrong?

Do you have the latest version of PSPV9? If so- are you letting it copy your files over for you?

Trying to get an idea of what's going on here, I've run into the problem before a couple of times(corrupt video on copy) and had to work around it.
