Does anyone know if the grey or 'Asian' market PSP will work with US games?

Have a buddy going to China soon and was wondering.
 
Yes.

You won't be able to play any UMD movies/ UMD music on your Asian PSP though if you buy American UMD stuff. You will be able to play UK UMD movies as they are the same region as the Asian PSP though.

Only Jap stuff as far as I know. I don't know of any US company releasing porn on UMD. You can always convert your own stuff on to the MS Duo.
