Funny, but this has happened before with PS2/Xbox boxes and even though the auctions end, ebay locked the account of the seller and paypal refunded money.

If you look him up on the bay, he didn't pay and got a negative for it. He's also located in Spain, so obviously, English is not his first language.

LOL! The sad part is he probably thinks he did nothing wrong, but technically he didn't, the winner is just deaf, dumb and blind.
