No. If you had a PSN or SOE account during the hack (2011) you are part of the settlement. If you had financial losses as a result of it, you get additional benefits of the settlement. You have until August to print, fill out and send in your form. You only need to list your PSN account name and fill out the sections that pertain to you. The selection of free games and themes is somewhat limited, however. I think I have all of the games except one, so I may not have a choice if I send in the form.

Thanks. You're right about the game selection. I have 3 of them for the ps3. Two of them from the welcome back deal. I went ahead and selected one just for the heck of it. I probably should have went with the 3 months of PS+.
