I wish people would stop posting about netflix working when its obviously that it isn't universally true. Yes, it works for some people with PSN down. No, it doesn't work for some people with PSN down. Chances are it's a related to a particular firmware as well as a particular netflix version.

Please stop acting as if it's something as simple as us not clicking through enough times. If you're particular console allows netflix I'm truly am happy for you. As for myself, one of the many who haven't been able to get netflix to run regardless of the hundred plus times I've clicked through and multiple efforts over the weeks, I feel that the "you're just doing it wrong" or "you're just not clicking through enough" posts aren't helping. If you look back through this thread you'll find tons of posts about this.

At this point I'm pretty sure that those who use netflix regularly know whether their netflix works or not for them. PSN has been down for almost a month.

You really had to try it over a hundred times before you realized it wasn't working? I assume from that, and the fact that you were compelled to plead for people to stop posting that it works, that you find yourself incapable of not trying it again every time you read a post saying it works.

It really does work....... try hitting the back button instead of trying to connect (that should keep you busy for the next week anyway). :whiste:

Too bad now that Microsoft owns Skype that the PS3 most likely won't be getting it.

Still use it to play Blu-Ray & games so bite me. I don't really love Sony either. Shit happens. This will get fixed. Life will continue to go on as always.

The thing is many people here play their pc games and they are down also so we come here to post about it in this thread.

99% of the games i play don't require PSN

also my xbox cant play BluRays

I am downloading now. Hopefully they do give cross game chat to every one, not just plus. And maybe one day we will get a party system.

Most of us have all the systems and couldn't be bothered to dust off our 360's even with the PSN down. Hell my Live sub runs out on the 18th and I couldn't even be bothered to download the Gears 3 beta. My Reach 360 is still collecting dust, my kids won't even play it...lol

Yeah because a $50 laptop can't run that for free, right? The problem with Microsoft is they think they can extort our kids into buying stuff we use for free on our PC...not to mention they offer nothing extra with live. I've been a Live member for 4 years & got nothing for it pretty much, was a Playstation Plus member for 2 months and already have 4 free games.

See everyone on the PSN soon.
