PSInet = Lipstick wearin felch monkey!

For redundancy my company put in 2 routers with 2 T1 lines for our Proxy/Firewall. The only problem is BOTH lines go through 1 provider...PSInet in Massachusetts.

Our Trading Dept. runs 1 of their MAJOR Trading applications through the Proxy/Firewall.

When PSInets' cloud feels like dropping packets (which they seem to like to do alot lately), I get screaming animals at the Trading Floor wanting bloody vengeance.

Something MUST be done! We need to look into a new ISP, any suggestions?

look into Concentric Networks, i think they changed their name to XO Communications now.. they're big like PSI, but more stable. i used to work for them.
