Yet another AT TOP TIP!
Energy cannot be created nor destroyed. Calories is a unit of energy thus in a somewhat closed system like a human body which contains x amount of calories at a given point in time... if that amount is subtracted by y, you'd have x-y amount of calories within this system left. Sound reasonable?
The average male ejaculate apparently contains 5-7 calories. 3500 calories is 1 lb. So if you fap 3x/day, 365 days a year, you stand to lose about 2 lbs[in calories] on just the fluid loss alone, nevermind the energy expenditure to achieve this extraordinary and well respectable goal which I imagine could trim another lb or two.
While it's not a lot compared to the big picture, it adds up when included with many other lifestyle changes such as quitting soft drinks or what have you. But the reason I suggest this is that fapping does not have to take up much time and does not have to be exhausting for those who hate to do cardio or if you're just too tired, you can have your lady friend do the work for you... or another guy if that's your thing. All it takes is a quicky in the morning after you wake up, once during lunch while on the bowl and once before you go to sleep. It builds stamina, endurance, and relieves stress... now who wouldn't want that? So fap way brah, you'll be better for it.
