PSA: Warez are unacceptable subject matter

Seems that there are a few new Jacks around here. Just a quick tip, don't create subjects about warez, torrents, or anything of that nature. It's very likely to get locked and you could get a vacation for it. Even the most harmless of topics about them will get shut down, so don't bother trying to argue it.

Now everyone take an early afternoon :beer: and get on with the neffing!

Edit: Warez are? Warez is? Who knows?

Because the board is liable for what you say possibly? If someone comes on here bragging about how much they downloaded and somebody from a law enforcement agency or one of the industries sees it, they're gonna bug the admin for the person's info.

It's a private board, you gotta follow the rules, that's all.

what is the logic behind it? why not talk about it on here? as long as you're not talking about specific downloads it simply doesn't matter.

This is only the second one I've ever made, and there has been some torrent-talk again it seems so I just wanted to try to prevent a couple vacations.
