PSA: Turn on HTTPS in your GMAIL settings

Just a friendly announcement. THere was a problem where gmail accounts were being hacked into because of cookies being intercepted even though people were deleting their cookies

So Google, finally added a "Always use https" in your gmail settings tab.

Me, I prefer using a POP3 client, but the web-interface IS handy.

FWIW, this hack isn't just about gmail. Any site that transmits cookies in plain-text is susceptible if someone has access to your internet traffic.

If you use gnotify this will break it but there is a reg change you can make that will fix it.
