PSA: Tips For Doing Laundry...

1. Don't leave the laundry sitting for more than 24 hours between washing and drying. Actually, that wasn't the problem in my case, as it was in a cool area, but if I had gotten to it sooner I might have discovered the problem sooner.

2. Don't put raw garlic in with the wash. I have no idea how the Hell it got in with my whites, when I hadn't even purchased, cooked, or done anything with garlic until AFTER I did my laundry, but I just discovered it while putting stuff on hangars to dry. D'oh!

Solution: soak your clothes in milk to get the smell out.

At 300 degrees, while stirring every fifteen minutes. Bring to a slow boil, then add powdered cheddar at the one hour mark.

That's like a $7 solution to the problem...milk 'aint cheap!

But you can make a big garlic & milk-based dish after you're done with the clothes.
