When I visited my brothers in Madison, WI (I'm going to school there too) a month ago, we saw some crazy people. One gold-toothed black lady on the sidewalk started asking us weird questions. Just keep walking...
Homeless people tend to yell crazy shit at you too - not necessarily threatening stuff, just weird stuff. My mom and I avoided some guy on the way to a restaurant and he yelled to me "On the way to a wedding date, buddy?!"
