You should make it habbit to check at least ONE other forum each visit to anandtech. Forums tend to be underused because you can get more replys in Off Topic.

For example, ALL Ipod threads should be in peripherals. All game/program threads should be in software/programming. Etc, etc, etc.

I know its just a dream, but we can all wish cant we?
 
I agree that the other forums would be stronger if people used them.

Wouldn't it be great if posts in OT didn't count towards people's total post count?

Would be better if there was no post count and no title.

When you discussing technical issues it's kinda nice to know if your talking to a forum noob or not... There is a LOT of misinformation out there, and noobs tend to spread it more. Not that I would rely on postcount for accuracy of the information, but it's a starter.
