Good: Stevia, found at health food stores. Natural substance, from South America "stevia rebaudiana" plant.
Bad: Aspartame (Nutrasweet) easily degrades into methanol (wood alcohol) and formaldehyde (embalming fluid).

Never had any trouble with Splenda, but anything with aspartame/NutraSweet is going to force a trip to the ER for me. 🙁
I am willing to try Splenda or stevia whatever, but it all tastes like crap.
I can tell when my drink/yogurt contains this stuff, dont think I can tell in food though.
Its the aftertaste that kills the deal for me guys.....
