PSA: Spring Severe Weather Warnings

It hit 96 degrees in Orlando today. I had to water my plants twice.

I swam 2 miles at noon in Wekiva Springs (70 degree water) and was thankful for the coolness. Fifteen minutes after I got out I felt like I had died and already gone to Hell.

Well, this is the 3rd night in a row of severe t-storms and lots of lightning. A BIG boom about 10 min. ago...lightning must have been about a 1/4 mile away...tops. A Tornado Warning was issued about an hour ago for my stepsister's area but no damage that I've heard so far.

Gotta love Spring!
