So I ordered one of their skins for my Dell D420 on Dec. 7th. Nothing had arrived by Dec. 22nd, so I called and asked what the deal was - CSR told me the order had shipped & I should expect it to arrive in less than one week. I understand mail gets slowed down around the holidays so I've been waiting patiently. It didn't come in the mail today, so I called again, and was told it had shipped on Jan. 3rd. I asked for a refund of my shipping & handling fee since if they had told me on Dec. 22nd that it still hadn't shipped, I would've just canceled my order. They refused to toss me even that pittance.
We'll see if the skin ever shows up, heh.
Cliff's: Skinit.com either lied to me about my order status or their CSRs don't know what they're doing, took almost a month to ship my order, and thinks that is acceptable service.
