I was about to head to Wendy's to pick up a salad when I realized Cane's has a much better calories per $ ratio. So I headed over and picked up a box combo with no slaw/xtra toast, no drink, xtra sauce which was delicious as always, but the chicken fingers have gotten impossibly small. They are now smaller than my man part...when not erect. Back in the day, the tenders were large enough that finishing a meal was considered quite a feat. The next most obvious example of downsizing is the sauce. It has now turned into a money grab since they essentially force you to purchase an extra sauce. One sauce is good for maybe 2-1/2 tenders which leaves you with no sauce for 1-1/2 tenders, 2 texas toast, and a serving of fries. Still tastes good though.

P.S. Any mention of inferior food such as that served by Zaxby's is forbidden in this thread.

That's inflation. You have three options; raise the price, decrease the quantity, or decrease the quality. Decreasing the quantity is the best option imo. You don't need to eat so much anyway. You just won at life, and you didn't even recognize it.

I'll take raise the price for $200, Alex.

BS. You'll rather them raise the price? Then just order couple extra tenders with the box combo. You'll get the same amount of tender as before if you're willing to pay.

And lol at finishing a meal was considered quite a feat.
